After qualifying at Carlisle College in 1998, I went on to work at some of the most prestigious Health Spas in the UK. Throughout my career, I have continued my professional development, educating myself on the latest techniques and machines entering the beauty industry. In 2017, I decided to launch CHANGES, my own laser and aesthetic beauty business.

Delivering safe and effective treatments that result in high customer satisfaction is my priority. My work has been recognised by professional organisations, and I've been honoured with multiple awards and business achievements as well as regular positive feedback from clients.

I take great pride in addressing a variety of medical, cosmetic, and skincare concerns with the tools and knowledge I have accumulated over the years.
