Laser Hair Removal

At CHANGES we proudly use the latest Diode Laser technology to ensure quick, safe and effective hair removal treatments.

Why choose Laser Hair removal?

If you're tired of ingrown hairs, razor burn, rashes and bumpy skin from shaving, or the inconvenience of having to wait for your hairs to grow before every waxing session. Then Laser hair removal is for you! As well as leaving your skin permanently soft and smooth it leaves your skin with an improved texture and more even tone.

How many sessions will I need?

A minimum of six sessions every four weeks is advised for best results. Sometimes hormonal changes, hair colour, hair thickness, skin type and colour and the different areas of the face and body can influence the number of treatments required. Progress will be closely monitored and discussed at every appointment with your therapist.

How does it work?

Our 808 Diode machine uses light energy which is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in the hair. The light energy is converted in to heat which destroys the hair follicle. Initially, the hairs will become lighter in colour and texture and the growth rate will slow down considerably until ultimately all hair growth stops.

Maintenance treatments may be required at some point in the future should any hairs be lying dormant at the time of your laser treatment, or if any medical or hormonal factors change.
